Architectural Project Manager - multifamily/hospitality

About the role

Full-time, permanent position based onsite in our Las Vegas office. We are an award‑winning architectural design firm with 45 years of experience, specializing in retail, office, commercial and mixed‑use projects. We have designed hundreds of multifamily buildings, including over 2,000 apartments in Las Vegas ranging from high‑density wrap and podium to three‑story garden walk‑ups.

Responsibilities

• Meet project goals including integrated design and planning, budget, schedule, and financial performance.
• Live and breathe the project from inception to completion, handling all aspects as needed.
• Prepare schedules, budgets, and work‑plan documents during all phases of the project.
• Foster long‑standing, mutual relationships with clients to achieve Trusted Advisor status and secure repeat work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience in multifamily, mixed‑use, hospitality, or commercial (retail, restaurant, workplace) projects.
• Client‑facing background.
• Production work using Revit.

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 base salary plus annual bonus.
