About the role

The Architectural Project Manager will lead, manage, and design healthcare projects across the Farnsworth Group's nationwide Healthcare Studio. This position requires a strong background in architecture, particularly in the healthcare sector, and a passion for creating spaces that improve patient care and community impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and design healthcare projects across the firm, collaborating with architecture, engineering, business development, and marketing teams.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams from concept to delivery, ensuring projects meet high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Mentor junior architectural staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Generate work and build long-term client relationships through active participation in business development and project pursuits.
  • Create, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program, with a Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of architectural work experience, with a strong focus on healthcare projects.
  • Knowledgeable in healthcare industry trends, evidence-based design principles, and lean delivery methods.
  • Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience, including successful client development and relationship maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Revit software is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, organizational, coordination, leadership, team-building, and managerial skills.

Pay

$88,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Schedule

Full-time position with a flexible work schedule to accommodate the needs of both the employee and the company.
