Responsibilities

• Work with architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities of studies, design, or construction documents of various scale projects.
• Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
• Plan, direct, and supervise the architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities of studies, design or construction documents of various scale projects.
• Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects, maintaining oversight to achieve goals of the firm.
• Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, inclusive of 2-4 years of experience in Education Buildings
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited 5-year program/school
• Proficiency in REVIT
• Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices, including project financial, schedule, and resource planning
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures
• Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development
• Engaging Communication style with clients, teams and consultants
• Must be quality-minded and self-motivated, with the ability to coordinate multiple, constantly shifting priorities with strict deadlines
• Experience and proficiency with Education Building projects preferred
• Healthcare / Commercial / Institutional market experience is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with sustainability standards, Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma and Office Suite is preferred
