Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in K-12 and Higher Education and/or Healthcare market sectors
- Must be proficient in current Document Technologies
- Must possess team leadership skills, excellent communication with staff, clients and contractors
- Understand contracts and typical billing procedures
- Possess onsite construction field experience
- Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering systems
- Strong knowledge of Texas building, ADA codes and other applicable federal and industry standard guidelines
