Architectural Project Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Architect Project Manager to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This is a contract-to-hire, fully onsite position.
About the role
This role involves developing design and technical solutions under the guidance of a Project Director and producing construction documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in data collection, documentation, and analysis for programming and existing facilities assessment, as well as performing building and zoning code compliance reviews.
Responsibilities
- Develop design and technical solutions under the general supervision of the Project Director.
- Produce construction documents under general supervision.
- Assist in data collection, documentation, and analysis for programming and existing facilities assessment.
- Perform building and zoning code compliance reviews.
- Participate in construction administration tasks, including submittal review, requests for information (RFIs), addenda, and construction site visits under the supervision of the Project Architect or Project Manager.
- Maintain project files.
- Assess, solve, and document issues related to construction.
- Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in commercial and retail architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-design, programming, design, and completing construction documents.
Skills
- Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCad.
- Experience in architecture, construction documents, and architectural design.
- Drafting skills and knowledge of public works.
- NCARB Registration is a plus.

Pay
$38.00 - $50.00/hr.
