Architectural Project Manager

About the role

Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Places to Work” and one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, is seeking a Project Manager with a passion for high quality design and a positive, collaborative work style, for our Healthcare Studio in our Charlotte, NC office.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients on projects of varying size and scope.
• Collaborate with a team dedicated to advancing breakthrough ideas through design.
• Handle interior fit outs, renovations, equipment/infrastructure replacements, and ground‑up projects.
• Engage in master planning, interiors, ambulatory healthcare centers, diagnostics & specialty care, all levels of acute care medical hospitals, and behavioral health.
• Listen to clients and team members while leading projects confidently.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset, positive attitude, and a desire to expand influence within the team and industry.
• Serve as the primary client liaison to bring schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion to the client’s satisfaction.
• Produce contract documents and oversee construction administration.
• Participate with the leadership team in project pursuits, lead project scoping, work plans, and proposal development.
• Enjoy a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Architectural registration required.
• Ability to travel regionally.
