Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of projects across all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations
- Develop and execute Project Strategic Plans aligned with project goals and market sector objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading communication, meetings, and coordination with stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams
- Manage project financial performance, including budgets, schedules, forecasts, and consultant coordination
- Adequately adhere to firm QA/QC standards and project execution protocols across all phases of the project
- Maintain monitoring of project progress, staffing, and workload, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project performance
- Coordinate with internal teams and leadership to align resources, resolve issues, and support successful project delivery
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience managing project financial performance and tracking project health
- Proficiency in interpreting drawings, specifications, and scope documents
- Experience managing project financial performance and tracking project health
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; experience with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or other closely related field
- Licensed Architect or Licensed Engineer (PE) required; PMP preferred
- A/E project management experience on complex projects preferred
