About the role
The Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of all production activities within the firm. This includes scheduling tasks, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage production tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources to optimize efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural production or construction management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
