Architectural Job Captain

Responsibilities

• Passion for high-end residential architecture and construction.
• Experience with Revit in an office environment working on real-world projects.
• Experience with the compilation, drafting, and coordination of permit and construction documents.
• A highly efficient self-starter who can identify and solve both simple and complex problems with principal guidance.
• A drive to constantly learn, improve, and contribute to the evolution of this young, rising office.
• High-end analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
• The ability to condense, categorize, and present research and ideas.
• The ability to bring creative solutions to our design work.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of professional office experience.
• Experience with the following software: Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word & Excel, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Qualifications

• Currently a resident of Los Angeles or willing to commute.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
