Architectural Health and Wellness Leader

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning
• Tactical Plan
• Coordinate Health and Wellness Market Segment Tactical Plan
• Implement strategic actions
• Lead service delivery
• Build strong relationships
• Source, recruit, and on-board key subject matter experts
• Develop capture plans
• Drive collaboration across Dewberry Enterprise’s broader Health and Wellness market segment
• Work with the Federal Architectural Leader
• Develop an annual marketing plan
• Oversee the preparation of price and technical proposals
• Lead business development
• Identify, track, position, and pursue strategic new and established Clients and projects
• Serve in a Client Management role
• Achieve sustained growth

Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Architecture
• State Professional Architectural license
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with subject matter expertise and management of ground up and renovation hospital and medical office architectural projects
• Proven record of successful Client and business development in the Health and Wellness industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic about Dewberry and its people, markets, and services
• Diplomatic and persuasive
• Excellent team building skills
• Ability to travel

Pay

The projected range for this position is $148,000 - $190,000 annually.

Schedule

Location preference for candidates located in Fairfax, VA. Will consider relocation for the right candidate.
