Architectural, Emerging Talent Intern (Fall)

Department: Department of Subways
Location: 2 Broadway, New York, NY 10004
Position Title: Architectural, Emerging Talent Intern
Hourly Rate: $19.00 (Undergraduate), $21.00 (Graduate)

Responsibilities

• Scan and file existing drawings
• Create/manage AutoCAD drawings
• On-site surveys and confirmation of dimensions
• Photo documentation and measuring of existing furniture
• Learn about and work on furniture schedules
• Various administrative tasks such as updating Project Status Reports

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• A keen eye for detail and ability to work independently while being an active team player

Required Education

• Matured in an undergraduate program in good standing with at least 2.5 GPA AND/OR matriculated in a graduate program in good standing with at least 2.8 GPA
• Major(s) Preferred: Architectural, Engineering, or related field
