Responsibilities
- Contribute to the complex coordination, development and production of projects from concept design through construction administration, installation, and project handover.
- Work with a team on all phases of a project (Architectural and Interior Design development).
- Manage multiple projects across the board, simultaneously.
- Show strong client facing capabilities.
- Perform construction documentation level drawing work, including highly articulate design detailing.
- Show proficiency with traditional architectural vocabulary and the fundamentals of building construction and assembly.
- Show strong vendor management; and coordination with extensive consultant team inclusive of MEP and Structural Engineers, Lighting Designers, Landscape Designers, et cetera.
- Show comfort in presenting ideas - both internally and externally.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional architectural experience.
- Experience in Construction, Drawing details & interest in traditional design preferred.
- Commercial experience is a plus.
- Show knowledge of construction methods.
- Show ability to produce technical documentation (DD, CD/IDD).
- Show fluency in AutoCAD.
- Show strong graphics and visual presentation skills.
- Show dexterity with hand drawing: rendering capabilities is a plus.
