Architectural Designer/Architect

About the role

END Studio is seeking an Architectural Designer/Project Architect with 3+ years of experience to join our team!

The position is full time and salaried, with compensation commensurate with experience.

What You'll Work On

• Work on 2-3 design-forward, community-engaged projects at a time
• Assist with design, detailing, and drawing of other projects in the office
• Clock in directly with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout design
• Construction administration, including site visits, RFI’s, and submittal review

• Versatile, thoughtful, and creative individuals with the ability to synthesize aesthetics and technical detail into great design
• Highly motivated with ability to self-manage and balance a variety of projects and tasks
• Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and the ability to manage other team members
• A thorough understanding of construction documents, detailing, structure, building systems, zoning, and building code
• A professional or master’s degree in architecture and 3+ years of experience
• Architecture licensure is a plus
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, and Adobe Creative Suite
