Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and construction documents for projects of varying size and complexity.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, consultants, and clients throughout all project phases.
- Assist with programming, conceptual design, design development, and construction administration.
- Utilize Revit and other design software to prepare drawings, specifications, and presentations.
- Coincide with engineering consultants and internal project teams.
- Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, schedules, and budget requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect preferred, but Architectural Designers pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply.
- 3+ years of professional architectural experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit required.
- Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and building systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
