About the role

Dwell works with major Real Estate Investment Trusts on high-density, mixed-use, and urban infill projects across multiple states, including Arizona, Florida, Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, New York, and Connecticut. We are proud recipients of the Best Places to Work award multiple times.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute design projects through all phases of development
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project success
• Prepare and present design proposals and plans
• Ensure thorough understanding and preparation of design projects
• Work on both residential and retail projects
• Use Revit or similar design applications proficiently

Requirements

• Positive attitude with a sense of humor
• Excellent time management, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through ability
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in retail projects preferred
• Currently residing in the U.S. and authorized to work here

Qualifications

• Professional degree from an accredited college or university
• Working towards an architectural license

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Revit or similar design software
