Responsibilities

• Technical Guidance: Provide advice on preservation projects, new construction, building code compliance, and modern construction methods
• Site Evaluation: Visit project locations to gather information, assess building conditions, and plan design approaches
• Design Development: Create design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates that follow state codes and project requirements
