The Opportunity

RS&H is currently seeking an experienced architectural associate to join our team. This position will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote.

About the role

Serving an integral role in the firm by developing impact studies, cost analyses, design requirements, and site selection; designing complete projects, systems, components, and/or processes; preparing project documents, analysis, and reports; preparing and presenting drawings, visual aids, and presentations; and performing quality control reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical guide and assign tasks to junior and support staff for project duration and/or manage discipline and small multidisciplinary teams for designated projects.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program and seven years' relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • NAAB accredited program degree and eligibility to take the Architect Registration Exam (ARE) are strongly preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of state and local building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other relevant ordinances.
  • Proficient in production software and construction document production.
  • Possess strong communication skills and have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, team members, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have:
