What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program and 3+ years of relevant architectural experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of state and local building codes, zoning ordinances, fire regulations, accessibility requirements, and related governing codes.
- Proficiency with architectural production software and construction document development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects.
- A passion for architecture, design excellence, and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience working on multidisciplinary building projects.
- Comfortable shifting between multiple project assignments and deadlines in a collaborative environment.

About the Role
We design facilities for clients in the Corporate, Healthcare, Science and Technology industry. By working with our clients and listening to their needs, we gather a deep understanding of their desired outcomes, practicing creativity and innovation along the way.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program and 3+ years of relevant architectural experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- NAAB-accredited program and eligibility to begin the Architect Registration Examination (ARE) process are strongly preferred.
