Architects with 4-10 Years' Experience

About the role

Adamson Associates, Inc., Los Angeles, CA (www.adamson-associates.com) is searching for Architects with expertise in Hospitality Public Spaces and Multi-family Residential with a minimum of 4 Years’ and up-to 10 Years’ Experience. Experience with Construction Administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging and prestigious projects
• Collaborate with other architectural firms on ambitious projects
• Collaborate with Pritzker Architecture Prize winners and world-renowned design architects
• Prepare design and construction documents for architectural projects
• Work on a multidisciplinary team
• Use REVIT software
• Possess good communication skills

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder
• Undergraduate architectural degree program or Master’s in Architecture program completed
• Experience working on architectural projects in North America or similar markets with similar construction systems
• Strong interest in building technology, construction methods, related engineering principles, sustainability strategies, building codes, and assembly of construction drawings
• Proficient in REVIT

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience, up to 10 years’ experience preferred
• Experience with Construction Administration is a plus

Pay

The starting yearly salary range is $65,000 to $115,000. Salary offers will be based on skills and expertise in addition to experience.
