Architect, Manufacturing Test

About the role
As an Architect of the manufacturing test processes, you will lead the definition of the end-to-end manufacturing test strategy and test infrastructure that will ensure product quality through a comprehensive and scalable test architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design the manufacturing test strategy for radars focusing on product quality, data integrity and business scalability
- Define HW and SW technical requirements to develop repeatable test processes
- Develop test processes and methods for new radar technologies
- Provide design for testability recommendations
- Define the SW architecture focused on automation ensuring data integrity
- Conduct test data analysis to monitor the performance of test processes and provide guidance to correct deviations and support root cause analyses of product failures
- Develop manufacturing test roadmaps aligned to Echodyne's product portfolio and business goals based on state-of-the-art test technologies
- Write technical documentation to meet the Quality requirements and create a solid knowledge base
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Product Development Engr and other teams as needed to support testing, debugging and repair activities
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and developing manufacturing test HW and SW solutions for different product integration levels
- Experience designing manufacturing test strategies end to end from component and board level tests to system level functional testing
- Strong technical knowledge of test techniques and methods used in testing RF signals
- Previous experience defining testability requirements on electronic products
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be able to work onsite at Echodyne premises
- PhD, M.S., B.S, C.S, or equivalent Engineering degree in a technical field
- 10 or more years of experience in electronics manufacturing and test environments
- Proven technical leadership driving manufacturing test projects from design to deployment

Pay
The expected annual salary range for this role is $149,659—$224,437 USD.
