About the role

Architect (Licensed) position located at 222 2nd Ave S, Ste 1400, Nashville, TN 37201.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schematics, design development and construction documents.
• Develop, modify and review production drawings.
• Edit project narratives and specifications.
• Research materials to determine appropriate selection for projects.
• Plan, coordinate and administer projects from initial programming stages through construction administration.
• Review construction submittals and assist the project manager in construction administration.
• Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (any) or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation; OR a Master’s degree in Architecture (any) or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
