Responsibilities

• Architecture Design: Develop creative and practical architectural designs for K-12 educational facilities, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models that meet specific project needs.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire architectural process from concept development to construction administration, coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• AutoCAD and Revit: Use AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate and detailed architectural drawings and models.
• Educational Construction: Apply strong background in educational construction, understanding unique challenges and regulations, ensuring designs comply with relevant building codes and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and designers in design charrettes, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings to integrate all perspectives into final design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an architect focusing on K-12 educational facilities, with proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating innovative and functional architectural designs for K-12 facilities, showcasing creative problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team, provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Pay

Salary: $145,000 - $195,000 per year
