Requirements

• Licensed Architect in the State of New York.
• 5–10 years of architectural experience, with a strong background in K-12 and higher education design.
• Thorough understanding of SED procedures for public school projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to all phases of design and construction for K-12 and higher education projects.
• Interpret and implement New York State Education Department (SED) requirements for public school facilities.
• Stay up-to-date with SED procedures and ensure compliance throughout project delivery.
• Build strong client relationships, understanding their vision and ensuring project goals are met.
• Participate in business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and support strategic growth initiatives.

$90,000 – $145,000 per year
