Responsibilities
- Produces planning, contract, and specification documents.
- Generates design documentation, construction documents, and renderings utilizing 3D software (Revit, Rhino 3D, others).
- Works with all design team disciplines, including outside consultants, to achieve a fully coordinated project.
- Performs specialized investigations such as existing conditions verification and participates in comparisons of building system alternatives.
- Assists in the review of the technical evaluation of construction bids received from contractors.
- Participates, from time to time, in support of business development activities and provides support and input for client proposals, SOQs, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Architecture degree from an accredited US Architectural Program.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and rendering programs.
- Licensed as an architect in the state of Illinois and/or Wisconsin (optional).
- Able to provide space planning and conceptual design through construction document production and construction administration services.
- NCARB Certification (optional).
- LEED AP Accreditation (optional).
- Eligibility to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Pay
$100,000 - $145,000 a year
Schedule
Salary for all positions is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, total years of experience in the industry, education, skills, and qualifications. Salaries are subject to fluctuation outside of the given range.
