Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 2-5 years of post-licensure professional experience in architecture, with a focus on working with municipal clients and private sector developers preferred.
  • 5-8 years of total proven professional experience in architecture, with a focus on working with municipal clients and private sector developers preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and other design and drafting software.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and municipal regulations.
  • Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, specifications, and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Passion for design and eagerness to grow in the architecture field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on municipal, residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
  • LEED Green Associate or other sustainability certifications a plus.
  • Knowledge of site analysis and environmental considerations in architectural design.
