Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead space planning and architectural design for government and institutional facilities
• Develop comprehensive design documents that align with NFPA 101 and ADA standards
• Cook up integrated project design with various engineering consultants
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and design criteria
• Conduct detailed analyses for space optimization and safety
• Utilize advanced architectural software for design visualization
• Support construction administration through detailed review processes

Qualifications

• Architecture Degree from an accredited College/University
• 8+ years of design experience with commercial, industrial and/or government facilities
• Experience in evaluating building enclosures including roofing and below-grade waterproofing
• Experience in design, failure analysis, and Enclosure Commissioning activities
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Suitability

$107,900 – $195,050 annually
