DLR Group's Hospitality sector collaborates to understand local communities and curate project visions that align with client goals and hotel brand personalities. Projects include renowned establishments across various locations, emphasizing emotional design to elevate guest experiences.

Position Summary

As a key member of the design team, you will develop creative and technically sound solutions, coordinate project drawings and documentation, and collaborate with the project team to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project schedules, budgets, and work plans. You will also provide technical guidance to less experienced staff and participate in client presentations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (or Graduate degree if mandated by local licensure regulations)
• Minimum of six years of professional experience in architecture
• Professional licensure required; LEED AP and other certifications preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and standard architectural software
• Experience integrating QA/QC procedures and practice standards into project deliverables
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Initiative, problem-solving skills, and commitment to continuous learning

Pay Range

$69,800 - $119,020 USD

Schedule

The firm operates on a four-day in-office work model, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
