About the role

Responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying innovative solutions for complex business problems. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing of developed applications to ensure functionality and performance meet project requirements.
• Document design decisions, implementation details, and test results to facilitate future maintenance and updates.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software development.
• Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in software development (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on project importance and deadlines.
• Experience working with databases and understanding SQL.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools.
• Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
