ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER II
We are an architectural practice grounded in thoughtful, purpose-driven design and a collaborative studio culture, creating spaces that serve communities—especially Christian organizations, ministries, and educational institutions.
About the role
We are seeking architects and designers who thrive in a studio-based environment where ideas are shared freely, work is crafted collaboratively, and design excellence is the standard. While we value in-person studio collaboration for creativity and mentorship, we offer a flexible work model that allows for focused remote time, balance, and life outside the studio.
Our projects range from ground-up and adaptive reuse to community facilities, worship spaces, and educational environments. Each is an opportunity to design with meaning and impact, working closely with clients who are deeply invested in their mission and communities.
Responsibilities
- Apply strong design thinking to projects
- Demonstrate technical capability in architectural design and documentation
- Engage in collaborative studio processes and contribute to a culture of shared ideas
- Commit to quality and purpose in design, aligning with mission-driven and community-focused architecture
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture
- Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) or Master of Architecture (M. Arch) from an accredited program
- Interest in faith-based, mission-driven, and community architecture
- Collaborative mindset and active engagement in a studio environment
