About the role
The Technician oversees, maintains, and repairs arcade machines and bowling machines.
Responsibilities
- Responds to customer complaints of machine malfunction; analyzes the mechanism to find the root of the problem.
- Aid the Facility Manager with the installation, maintenance, and repairs of both mechanical and circuitry issues in the arcade games and/or bowling machines.
- Identify the most common problems with components like controls and audio systems.
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks.
- Keep a clean and organized workshop.
- Work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime to support business needs.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including high integrity and respect for everyone.
- Demonstrate solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and an appreciation for diversity (thought, ethnicity, gender, etc.).
- Two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.
