Arcade Associate

About the role

Round One Entertainment is seeking Customer Service Associates for its Amusement Department. Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic about video games, bowling, or karaoke, possess a friendly and outgoing personality, and enjoy interacting with people in a lively setting.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer needs and ensure they are met during assigned shifts.
• Maintain inventory levels and keep amusement games and counters clean and visually appealing.
• Respond to customers' requests with a friendly and polite demeanor.
• Answer phone calls for general inquiries.
• Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Physical Demands

• Bend, stretch, twist, climb, and move with flexibility in small spaces.
• Stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times.
• Use hands and arms to handle, feel, and reach objects.
• Lift and/or move up to 100 lbs with assistance.
