Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen and dining staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality food service.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Plan and execute promotional events and special menu items.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
