Arby's Shift Manager

Our KBP Inspired franchise location is looking for driven Shift Managers to join our Arby’s family. If you’re a natural leader with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Train new employees on kitchen procedures, food safety, and other essential tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Handle inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Manage the cash register and ensure accurate reporting of sales and expenses.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food items to meet quality standards.
• Assist in managing the restaurant’s budget and financial performance.
• Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of food service operations and safety protocols.
• Experience with basic accounting and financial management.
