Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead team members during shifts in a quick-service restaurant environment.
- Maintain operational standards, including food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Manage shift workflow, including order fulfillment, inventory, and staffing.
- Ensure a positive guest experience while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
