Arborist Sales Representative | Naperville, IL

About the role

Sells products to business, government establishments or individuals at sales office, customer's place of business or other locations.

What You'll Do

• Learn to work as a tree doctor that makes house calls
• Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees
• Provide customers with estimates based on their needs
• Develop and update annual plant health care programs
• Create and build relationships with new and existing clients
• Set up and supervise crew members assigned to customer jobs
• Learn to be a part of the office and field management team
• Assist the District Manager in the direction of the whole team

What We're Looking For

• Love of the outdoors
• Must obtain ISA Certified Arborist after hire
• Valid driver's license required
• Regional plant and horticulture knowledge
• Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized
• Must be able to complete extension courses on Tree Biology, Tree Pruning and Removal, and Plant Health Care
• Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates preferred, if required by state law
