Arabic Digital Ministry Associate
Description
The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) supports and extends the evangelistic calling and ministry of Franklin Graham by proclaiming the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to all we can by every effective means available to us. The Internet Evangelism department uses platforms like SearchforJesus.net, PeaceWithGod.net, and social media to spread the Good News. Volunteers interact with Arabic-speaking audiences through chat, messaging, texts, and emails, and are mentored through online Bible study courses.

Job Summary
This position is ideal for someone fluent in Arabic and English, with understanding of Middle Eastern culture and religious context, who enjoys serving through communication, relationship-building, and ministry coordination.
Ministry Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares and sends monthly volunteer communications
- Reviews seeker conversations and prepares risk reports, feedback, or escalation notes
- Prepares volunteer activity, engagement, and follow-up reports
- Documents stories and examples of ministry impact
- Supports the improvement of volunteer training content and processes
- Coordinates with the Arabic Language Manager and Internet Evangelism team
- Tracks assigned tasks, communications, reports, and follow-up items

Job Specifications
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Understanding of Middle Eastern culture and religious context

Benefits Summary
Associate or Seasonal employees may work up to 19 hours a week (not to exceed 1000 hours a year (calendar/sequential)), and are not eligible for any benefits.
