Activity Associate- Lebanon
Role:
Affords assistance in the creation, planning and implementation of the Connections program - the daily activities for our residents. Ensures the maximum levels of resident leisure contentment, as well as physical, mental, and psychological well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Affords assistance in the creation, planning and implementation of the Connections program - the daily activities for our residents.
- Ensures the maximum levels of resident leisure contentment, as well as physical, mental, and psychological well-being.
- Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the Connections activity program for the community.
- Works closely with Wellness Associates for the implementation of Connections activity programs.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or other related field (Preferred).
- Previous experience in healthcare or service-related setting (Preferred).
- Fitness background (Required).
- Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.
