Responsibilities
- Reconcile and post high-volume cash receipts across multiple operating systems.
- Process lien waivers and research invoices and payments.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, unapplied cash, duplicate payments, overpayments, and refund requests.
- Serve as the point person for complex customer inquiries and collection disputes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
- Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining accuracy and following company procedures.
Requirements
- High-volume Accounts Receivable and invoicing experience
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience working with an ERP system
Pay
The salary range for this role is USD65,000 - USD72,000 per year.

This is a direct-hire, fully onsite opportunity.
