Responsibilities
- Manage assigned corporate accounts and ensure timely collections on outstanding balances.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due invoices via email and phone.
- Maintain strong relationships directly with B2B clients to ensure smooth payment processes.
- Determine write-offs (month end and small amount).
- Apply customer payments, adjustments, and credit memos accurately.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and disputes.
- Coincide with internal teams (Sales, Account Executive, Customer Service, and Finance) to resolve AR-related concerns.
- Make recommendations to Supervisor for collection of past due accounts.
- Provide clients with invoice copies, statements, and payment confirmations upon request.
- Maintain accurate customer records, collection notes, and account history in the system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports for Account Executive review.
- Research returned mail and bank correspondence (i.e., short- & over-payments).
- Independently manage AR and escalations.
- Payment Research and Credit validation support when needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance (corporate/B2B experience is a must).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Gaviti is a plus!
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Deadline-oriented, organized, good time management, and detail oriented.
- Effective oral/written communication skills.
- Problem solving skills are important daily tasks.
- Flexible, team player and able to partner with all levels of management.
- Must be able to work CST or EST hours.

- Associates degree preferred.
