AR & PM Liason - (before Quote Project Analyst)

About the role

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an AR & PM Liason located in Milpitas, California US. The "AR & PM Liason" would oversee continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion.

What a typical day looks like

• Track and follow up on AR/AP for all customers, working together with the Program manager and finance
• Help following up on payments to customer
• Work with finance team and PM to clear credits/rebills for customers
• Help resolving account block
• Work with PM/finance/PM on exposure reports
• Communicate directly with customers on collecting ARs, tracking past due ARs and resolving disputes
• Collaborates closely with finance, order management, program management and materials teams

The experience we're looking to add to our team

• Bachelor's Degree Finance or equivalent experience in Manufacturing Industry
• Expert in Microsoft office
• Expert in Excel & PowerPoint
• Expert Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
• Experience in AR/AP collection, resolution
