What's the job?

• Oversight of B2B collections and monitoring of aging reports
• Contacting customers via phone and email regarding outstanding balances
• Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Documenting collection activities and account updates
• Collaboration with accounting and sales teams
• Aid in reporting and AR reconciliation

What's needed?

• 1-3 years of AR/B2B Collections Specialist experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work onsite in Wheeling, IL
