About the role

You will play a key role in identifying process inefficiencies, resolving complex operational challenges, and partnering with stakeholders across finance, accounting, and business operations. The role involves working closely with leadership to improve workflows, strengthen controls, and support initiatives that enhance scalability and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who enjoys diving into processes, analyzing root causes, and implementing practical solutions. This role requires strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence positive change across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve AP and AR processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
• Investigate and resolve escalated AP/AR issues and operational challenges.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practice development.
• Monitor workflow performance and recommend enhancements to strengthen shared services operations.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, shared services, accounting, or finance operations.
• SAP experience and examples of process improvement.
• Proven experience driving process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay

Compensation range $60,000–$75,000.
