About The Role
A growing organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join its team. This position will focus on reviewing aging accounts, researching discrepancies, and resolving outstanding balances within a healthcare environment. This is a collaborative, detail-oriented role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and previous medical or healthcare accounting experience.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze aging accounts and outstanding balances.
- Research and resolve account discrepancies.
- Identify issues and determine appropriate next steps for resolution.
- Work with internal teams to resolve outstanding items.
- Monitor aging reports and identify trends or recurring issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with reporting, process improvements, and special projects.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
- Previous medical or healthcare industry experience required.
- Experience researching and reconciling complex accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
