Equipment Operator
Duties and Responsibilities
This is a heavy customer support position answering route information calls for Lee Tran. This office receives approximately 225 phone calls daily along with approximately 100 walk-in customers. Employees in this position must be able to manage a heavy customer service workload and have the ability to communicate with a diverse customer base in a clear and concise manner.
- Answer telephones
- Perform receptionist duties
- Prepare correspondence, forms, logs, and calendars
- Operate office equipment: copiers, fax, computers, calculator, camera, etc.
Education, Experience, Licensing
Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to high school graduation and three years experience in public relations, customer service, cashiering, clerical, or a related field. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.

- Fluency in Spanish preferred
Hours
Hours typically will be Tuesday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note, days and hours will vary from this initial schedule.
