AR Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned customer accounts to ensure accurate account balances and timely payment activity.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies, payment variances, deductions, and short payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate outstanding balances.
• Analyze aging reports and account activity to identify and resolve issues impacting cash flow.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing, payment, and account-related inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain account documentation, reports, and supporting records.
• Absorb and analyze reporting to support financial and operational decision-making.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders regarding account activity and issue resolution.
• Prioritize and manage a high volume of transactions while meeting deadlines and service expectations.
• Support additional Accounts Receivable and finance-related projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, finance, customer account management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable communicating with customers regarding account matters.
