About the role
We’re hiring for a leadership role that blends staff development and customer experience. You’ll be part of the team that keeps our programs running smoothly, our staff supported, and our families engaged and informed. By guiding our team and connecting with our families, you’ll help foster a warm, growth-oriented culture that defines the Charlotte Aquatics experience.
Responsibilities
- Has strong leadership and management skills
- Is confident giving feedback and navigating conversations with care
- Can model professionalism and coach staff through challenges
- Bridges gaps between staff and customers, especially in resolving concerns or answering questions
- Brings thoughtfulness and insight when working with customers
- Is passionate about working with children and families
- Thrives in a team environment and contributes to a positive and supportive culture
- Creates calm, clarity, and fun – even on busy days
Requirements
- Experience in early childhood development, education, or youth programming is a plus
- Prior experience managing teams or leading in fast-paced environments is a plus
- Familiarity with swim instruction or a love of swimming and water safety!
