Aquatic Fitness Instructor

About the role

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking an enthusiastic Aquatic Fitness Instructor to make a splash on the team at their corporate client site in Racine, Wisconsin!

This is a great opportunity to lead fun, low-impact workouts and help members stay active and healthy in the water.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 10 classes per week
• Work in a supportive, wellness-focused environment
• Motivate others and bring energy to the pool

Requirements

• Aquatic Fitness Instructor certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Pay

Compensation: $25 - $40/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
