Aqua Fitness & Swim Instructor

Essential Responsibilities

• Create an educational, safe, and inviting experience for all participants.
• Possess a strong set of customer service skills and the passion to work with children, adults, and families.
• Ensure instructional equipment remains in good condition; have all equipment ready prior to classes and put away after.
• Guarantee safety at all times and provide first aid when necessary.
• Perform any and all cleaning duties as assigned to help establish and maintain showroom quality at all times.
• Enforce all company policies procedures in efforts to maintain a quiet, safe and secure environment for members.
• Adhere and adapt to all current and new LIVunLtd policies, procedures and initiatives.
• Report any unsafe conditions or situations that require attention to the Fitness + Wellness Director.

Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as a swim instructor required.
• Experience teaching Aqua Fitness.
• Current CPR / AED and Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certifications.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be an organized and customer service oriented.
• Must be willing to travel throughout the NY Metro Area to provide swim lessons.

Pay

The Aqua Fitness & Swim Instructor position with LIVunLtd pays minimum wage aligned with state regulations for corporate education and development initiatives. This position pays a minimum of $70.00 per fitness group fitness class. Rates are subject to change based upon work location.

Schedule

This position requires flexibility to travel throughout the NY Metro Area to provide swim lessons.
