APTM NPI Integrator
About the role
The NPI integrator will play a key role in ensuring that technology, platforms, and products meet certification requirements before transferring to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
Responsibilities
- Logistical coordinator for introducing a new product into the factory, providing necessary process documentation to factory customers.
- Main information interface between the fab and upstream/downstream customers.
- Tracking collateral items, communicating wafer shipping to post-fab customers, and updating product codes in internal systems.
- Setting up lot flows, initiating NPI checklists for each module, starting silicon processes, monitoring setup, power-on, and engineering samples until first production.
- Developing and implementing new NPI systems and business processes as they become available, and resolving any issues identified in NPI reflections.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Mechanical, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field with 4+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in process integration, package design, and previous related work experience in a semiconductor foundry.
Skills
- Strong understanding of a product's life cycle, fab processing, and post-fab activities.
- Good understanding of key product/process development milestones.
- Experience in integrating packaging processes with overall product manufacturing workflows.
- Experience in designing packaging solutions that meet product specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
- Previous related work experience in a semiconductor foundry preferred.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $99,030.00 - 188,890.00 USD
