About the Role
A healthcare professional supporting a multidisciplinary medical team in providing injury evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation. The position involves patient assessment, documentation, and developing personalized care plans based on clinical findings.
Responsibilities
- Assess and record patient symptoms, physical findings, and prognosis.
- Perform evaluations and re-evaluations of established patients.
- Refer patients to physicians or specialists as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Administer pain management injections and prescribe diagnostics, therapeutics, medications, and procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
- Support organizational culture and participate in performance improvement efforts.
- Maintain regular attendance and support satellite clinics within the area.
Requirements
- Experience in automobile personal injury or workers’ compensation cases.
- Proficiency with EMR software, Microsoft Office, and related tools.
- Ability to manage stress and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Valid professional license in the relevant state; DEA registration preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and lift light to medium loads as required.
