About the Role

A healthcare professional supporting a multidisciplinary medical team in providing injury evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation. The position involves patient assessment, documentation, and developing personalized care plans based on clinical findings.

Responsibilities

• Assess and record patient symptoms, physical findings, and prognosis.
• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations of established patients.
• Refer patients to physicians or specialists as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Administer pain management injections and prescribe diagnostics, therapeutics, medications, and procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
• Support organizational culture and participate in performance improvement efforts.
• Maintain regular attendance and support satellite clinics within the area.

Requirements

• Experience in automobile personal injury or workers’ compensation cases.
• Proficiency with EMR software, Microsoft Office, and related tools.
• Ability to manage stress and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Valid professional license in the relevant state; DEA registration preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and lift light to medium loads as required.
